I got this for an XMas present and was impressed so I ordered 2 more for other family members, first time using Droix so I was a bit unsure at first but after recieving the Miyoo and can safely say it has excellent service, they use Royal Mail which is great

Was wondering whether Droix will eventually get the Retroid Pocket 5 in stock as I like to play PSP games on an 16:9 screen

Had an rg353m which has very similar hardware and base setup, for a while which I love but has some issues with it being very small it can be hard to play some games. Also the rubber pads have come unstuck which makes your hands sticky so need to remove them and the glue.

This model doesn’t have any of these problems however. The larger width makes it easier to hold and play in your hands and love the retro NES controller aesthetic. No rubber grips to come unstuck. I imagined being plastic as opposed to metal, it might feel flimsy or fragile but instead it feels very sturdy and strong.

Considering these points and the incredible price around £100 I paid in the sale it’s an absolute bargain, months of fun in the palm of your hands. Can’t recommend it any higher, you can make the purchase with great confidence.

Only thing new users will struggle with is the setup of os and getting roms. To solve this I will be uploading my curated sd card images with my custom OS to git hub over the next few weeks for the community to enjoy.

Since the psp was introduced to the public there was an implication that they were going to allow us to play ps2 games on this. That plan fell through and disappointed a lot of fans. Years later now cell phones are starting to become enormous I gave up finding a device that was pocketable outside an iphone(they keep making these things bulkier and bulkier) I wound up buying into the hype, got a steam deck and was frustrated with the bulkiness until it had a fatal error and haven't been able to use the steam deck since. Enter the odin 2 mini. Checked all the boxes, pocketable, retroable, battery life usable, and cloud gamable. This device is the perfect handheld for me hands down. Everything I play normally I can play on this device and any pc game I can play through shadow pc, which fills in the gap for what its missing. This device is exactly as if you were to sit down with a bunch of different processors and types of ram and extract the ones that worked best with everything and consolidated it into as small as you can get without being uncomfortable. Now I am just waiting for battery technology to develop a little bit more then I'll swap the battery out with a solid state battery. This was literally a dream come true for me.

I had the Myoo Mini earlier this year, had to update it etc, but also it didn't have crucial games on that I wanted so had to put them on myself, and then it was hit or miss. It broke within a month. Just bought this gem, more straight forward, all the games I want and working straight out of the box, and looks and feels nicer. Ok, I can't put my favourites in a folder or switch from one game to another with a click, that's not what makes me roll though. Very happy I can still pick this up and play some of my favourite retro games from the past now and then without too much faff. Excellent!

Plays PS1, and the specific Dreamcast and PSP games I'll want to play (Fighting games, arcade games and RPGs). Feel in my hands is nice. Can't really complain. I could see the analogue sticks not being ideal for some users but fine for me (you might be able to guess I don't use them much). Screen is nice for my purposes, on the whole it's a pretty nice device.

Haven't properly checked but looks like they put a slightly updated version of the stock firmware which was pretty good when compared to my RG28XX bought at launch. (Long story why I got the H, don't let your kids handle your devices until they're confident with things!)

I've said in a trust pilot review but I'd genuinely recommend getting from Droix over direct from China. Less of a wait and works out at pretty much the same price since postage is less.

I received this case free with my win max 2 2024. I wasn't sure what the quality would be like, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It's has a leather outer with stitching around the edging (with one frayed bit) and it fits the console very well. It has the GPD logo embossed on the front fastening flap, which is held by a magnet. It does its job of protecting very well, and it's highly recommended.

This little laptop is amazing, it can do everything like a desktop computer. I bought it as a very powerful handheld tablet and after a week of use it became my only and main device. In my opinion it is a computer for everything on which you can play in a very comfortable way, of course for photo editing, video etc. I connect an external monitor and you can connect up to three of them without any adapters.
