    Great product, works really well, runs quick and works very well over wifi. My only issues is the service I received. Raised a complaint about the misinformation that I was provided by a member of staff about the delivery of my product and this complaint was completely ignored.

    I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a pleasant experience with the customer service. I have internally looked into the logs between you and our staff.

    I can see that the last message in the logs is from our staff, not sure if any further emails you sent didn't make it to our end. If so, you can send them over again, we take complaints very seriously so that we can improve our services.

    Looking at the live chat logs for the misinformation, I can see you asked if DHL deliver on weekends and the staff member told you for Saturday delivery to choose Royal Mail Special Delivery. Maybe you misunderstood the wording.

    Regardless, I am sorry this happened, and we will take this case seriously in terms of how we can better structure our answers.

    Out of the box the product feels so well built in comparison to any previous box. Very easy to setup WiFi and any apps needed. Fast WiFi and any apps used are instant. The remote feels very good in the hand. All in all an absolutely fantastic box and would not hesitate to buy another :+1:
