Order for Collections
We are happy to announce that you can now place an order on our website and collect it from our London Office.
How Collection works?
- You place an order on our website and select “Collect from DroiX Office” during checkout
- You get an email with more info
- We’re preparing your order for collection
- You get an email when the order is ready to be collected (Your order has been processed)
Important Information
Only orders placed before 2:00PM on a working day will be prepared for collections.
Your order will be ready to be collected once you receive an email saying that your order is processed. After you received your “Your order has been processed” email, you can collect Monday-Friday (From 10:00AM to 4:00PM) excluding Bank Holidays
You must present a valid form of ID (Drivers License, Passport) when you come to collect your order – That ID has to match the Billing Name on the order.
