Very high quality product. Good screen clarity and virtually no slowdown in any games, even with the higher-BIT titles. Card provided with system contained an enormous amount of games (6,000+).

menu screens are intuitive, though it would be better if there was a front-end options screen in the OS (with a list of saved files and accessible save slots etc) rather than the current front-end which is a nice looking but ultimately labyrinthine list of systems and titles.

Altogether a great product, would strongly recommend.

I got the RG353V Transparent Black. Shipped in 2 days, no import fees. Device came as expected with 2 SD cards, 1 with OS and 1 with pre-installed games. Large game collection but didn't include any Mario titles, however I easily added my own ROMs to the SD card. I have mainly used the Linux RetroArch OS which is very clean and simple. I have not used the android OS beyond ensuring the touchscreen works.
Overall really happy with Anbernic and DroiX.

A brilliant little device with an impressive IPS screen.

Exactly what I wanted! Works flawlessly and is a great size. I was surprised at just how clear and sharp the screen is.

Ok here it goes.
After seening a handful of facebook ads advertising knock off versions of this item, i decided to take the plunge into some nostalgia of my childhood gaming years. I bought the droix Anbernic RG353V with a hope of unlocking hidden memories and it sure did the job. Plenty of hours spent in the 90's on a sega megadrive or sega genisis console, playing various games from sonic the hedgehog to road rash, which me and my brother got banned from playing after running around the living room trying to hit each other.

Ill keep it sweet with pros and cons.

Pros.
- portable and fits nicely in your hands
- fast and reliable even playing ps1 games such as crash bandicoot.
- vast variety of games that ive got into that i didnt even own/play back when i was young
- HDMI output to be able to play on a TV
- blutooth controller compatibility
- battery life is magnificent, just under 6hours playing pokemon fire red on a lazy sunday.
- upto 999 individual save slots so multiple users can use the device

Cons.

- only a small majority of games require the L1 R1 L2 R2 buttons and probably not neccessary for the upgraded version
- not enough games under the ps1 sectuon, maybe down 5to storage space on the sd card but there are definetly plenty of roms out there to download for it.
- user manual is a bit basic, could do with droix slipping in a operating system manual on how to save and load different game saves.
- The price tag, if the memory card was upgraded and more games added it would justify the price for this system. Havnt looked into the more expensive systems.

These are my opinions off the top of my head. I dont usually leave reviews but i felt this little gem needed one.

In the future i will be buying a new micro SD card, copying the data from the one that comes with the console and adding the games that i feel are missing.

I hope this helps the people that are sat on the fence about purchasing one of these.

Good overall nice sound..build quality..and software and good selection of games which can be connected to your television aswell very pleased with the device

I’m a casual gamer with a preference for retro and arcade games and this little handheld is fantastic. The screen is crisp and bright giving old titles a new lease of life and the portable nature of it means it will accompany me on my work trips. The build quality is excellent feeling robust with good responsive buttons. The service from Droix must also be mentioned as it was fast and fuss free.

Screen is bright and clear. Sound can get very loud, though I find that after turning the handheld off and on again, sound seems to be reset to very loud which can be shocking in a quiet environment. Unfortunately, volume buttons seem to be a little temperamental so getting the volume back down quickly isn’t always easy.

Rest of the buttons on the console give great feedback and the machine itself feels robust and of a high quality. Happy with the purchase.

It’s not got Mario kart or Mario world which is disappointing
